I can't believe it's been 5 years since we visited Bali. Watching the video makes me want to go back and find more adventures. Bali is an awesome place with special people. This time I'll be bringing a better camera than one of those Sears $40 Handheld cameras. Hope you enjoy the shortened version.

This Recipe is for my mainland friends. Because the people of Hawaii already know about this and probably rolling their eyes. You've gotta try this next time you plan to BBQ. It's pork tinono which is basically barbeque pork.  It's great to eat with just rice or experiment and try it as Tinono Tacos.  I'm going to tell you the ingredients below, but don't ask how much of each since there aren't set measurement amounts. You have to go off the feeling, taste it, use your senses, channel your inner Filipino. Hawaii Big Island Surf Guide

I was asked to put together a Big Island Surf guide for someone that was having a house guest for a week. I am usually reluctant to share this type of information due to a couple reasons: The Big Island is a tough place to locate surf unless you know where you're going. It's not like Oahu or Maui where you can step out of your hotel room and be nearby several good spots. Once you get to the surf spots; they're generally pretty imperfect waves with raw wave energy. Most spots do not have nice sand to paddle out, but craggily lava rocks.  It can be pretty inconsistent Island-wide. It is a BIG island and you will be rewarded if you have you the time to chase swells around the island. Donate Your Wedding Flowers in Hawaii

   Having a wedding or interested in donating flowers from an event? Donating to a care home is a great way to brighten the day of care home residents. Our wedding took place at Laniakea Café Julia & YWCA in Honolulu on July 20th. It was a beautiful wedding that turned out great with dancing and good times. Our concern with the decorations was that we wanted to make sure our flower arrangements didn't got to waste. The flower arrangements were designed by Ivie Joy Floral Arts and Events , and we couldn't have asked for anything more beautiful. Her skills and services were out of our league and budget, but luckily Ivie Joy is a friend of my wife. Thank you Ivie!
